Model D: In this scenario by using RBS (Relay Base Station) with high gain antennas at both end we can cover a remote side, which can be up to 25 Km. A number of MWSs have been co-located in a secure housing. The subscribers are connected using normal wire pairs to which they connect their normal phone, fax, etc. This is ideal for villages where frequent and long-term power cuts might interrupt telephone service.
