• Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering, preferably a Degree in Business/Economics
• Professional certificate, Diploma or Degree in Materials, Supply Chain or Logistics management is an added advantage.

• Maintain dual source quotation data base / file for all inventory purchases
• Manage Works Order program
• Identify slow moving and obsolete inventories
• Expedite write-off for unfit inventories
• Make good all shortage claims by customers and sub contractors
• Follow up with vendor for promised date

• Good Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics Engineering from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in design and development of electronics products, including analog/digital and embedded DSP/microprocessor hardware
• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance methodology, wireless communication products/systems, RF circuit design, software and embedded firmware development or 6-sigma will be an added advantage

• To evaluate and qualify new product designs
• To perform failure analysis on product/circuit board modules and recommend solutions
• To collaborate with vendors to develop new products and components
• To conduct conformance and reliability tests on products

• A good Bachelor degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a reputable university. Additional qualifications in Quality Assurance will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and/or electronics circuit design, including analog/digital and embedded DSP/microprocessor hardware development
• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas will be a plus point a) Wireless communication products/systems b) QA methodology c) 6-sigma
• Knowledge of electronic/communication circuits and products design theories and applications

• Team leader in-charge of electrical-related incoming QC and outgoing buy-off
• Schedule and conduct electrical IQC and OQC; compile, analyse and report results
• Conduct conformance tests and reliability tests on products
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-cons to resolve non-conformance matters and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken appropriately

• Min 5 years experience in telecommunication operations/data and communications
• Degree in IT or Electrical & Electronics
• Hands on experience with knowledge on Media Gateway, soft switch and IP backbone
• Knowledge of access methods including cable modems, DSL, satellite, ATM and Frame Relay
• Knowledge of latest communications technologies
• Understand carrier and private network infrastructure supporting voice

• Management of field installation, testing and commissioning and acceptance of the WSIP/ SSU/RAS, including RADIUS and NAT Server setup
• Implementing solutions and delivering results
• Debug systems as well as develop creative and innovative solutions
• Research new Data access technologies and make recommendations
• Foresee potential issues and proactively address them before they become problems
• Provide support to regional offices, existing and future projects when required
• Support FQA in providing trainings to partners as well as FO staffs regarding the Data/IP part of the system
• Provide support to Sales & Marketing in developing feasible solution that involves Data/IP interfacing and/or integration as per customers/potential customers requirements
• Interfaced with Network Planning for dimensioning of network designs with the consideration of Data/IP traffic loads
• Liaise with DT/Validation in testing features, formulates and suggest additional test items/procedures of all company's current and new products that are related to Data/IP
• Document and report monthly activities, escalate and report exceptional customer affecting activities to management

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics) with 1 to 2 years of working experience is required
• Practical experience with Philips 8051or generic 8051 microcontrollers (MCU) assembly and C for MCU is a MUST
• Knowledge about EDA software packages
• Knowledge about MCU, MCU architecture and firmware programming is necessary
• Skilled in MCU programming both assembly and C. Knowledge about PC, MS Windows MS Office are a pre-requisite
• Candidates with no work experience but adequate exposure to MCU especially 8051 will also be considered

• Design and develop hardware schematics and PCB's
• Write firmware for MCU for Voice Over Power Line Project

• At least 5 years work experience with electrical authorities standards and practices.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or associated discipline from a reputable university
• Field Installation, Commissioning and Technical Support skills
• Knows how to do product demonstration, customer presentations, training and demo/training set-up.
• Will be highly organized to handle large number of simultaneous activities in a very fast paced environment, yet flexible enough to respond quickly to critical issues.
• Must be a strong communicator who is skilled in developing and maintaining key professional relationships.
• Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Must have knowledge on various Electrical installations and some telecom/network knowledge preferred.
• Must have knowledge on basic IEC standards for Energy Metering Systems.
• Fluent in spoken and written Farsi and English.
• Willing to travel to overseas (remote countries).

• Skilled Integration specialist to successfully integrate EM solutions into a Customers Network.
• Site survey, Field installation, testing, commissioning, training and acceptance of the EM solutions including possible 3rd party products.
• Represent BBS Access in Field Acceptance to attain EM and Network acceptance certification.
• Establish strong liaison skills and rapport with electrical authorities and other partners and sub-contractors.
• Take ownership of technical problem analysis and resolution including those faults both customer reported and derived from performance monitoring and create preventive measure.
• Pre-empt problem areas and pitfalls by actively promoting product performance and customer fault monitoring and taking part in initial network design and deployment activities.
• Provide support to local & regional offices, existing and future projects when required.
• Should meet or exceed company goals and objectives set.
• Document and report weekly and monthly activities to his reporting manager escalate and report customer affecting activities to management.
• Perform Site Survey to gather data on new sites to be covered, essential inputs in creation of overall network set up, plan and List of Materials (LOM) per solution.
• Provide deployment support as and when required by company's clients and/or partners.
• Provide Technical training to clients, partners and newly hired staff.
• Actively participate on testing of new products, both software and hardware.
• Any other activities assigned per business needs from time to time.
