• Certified Public Accountant or degree in accountancy

• Formulate, monitor and improve financial and operational controls and procedures on an on-going basis.
• Manage the treasury & accounting functions including cash flow management, budgeting, credit control, short and long-term financing and investments.

• Prepare timely and accurate cash forecasts, management and cost reports for management decision making.
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities.

You will manage a team of 8-12 engineers in Wireless Local Loop network planning, field implementation, support and be responsible for timely completion of project activities per customer requirements. You should at least have a bachelor’s degree with 10 years telecommunication experience.

• Based on scope of works requirements and project work responsibilities, to plan current and future TOP resource requirements (day-day, weekly, monthly & quarterly) and their timely allocation across pre-sales, implementation and technical support related activities by ensuring efficient and justified utilization.
• Ensure timely achievement of deliverables and objectives for internal and external customer/partner satisfaction
• Coordinate to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of plan vs. actual progress needed to monitor the performance of TOP team members.
• Maintain and regularly update action register for yellow and red flag items. Escalation of issues and follow up as needed to clear show stoppers and/or slow progress of key objectives.
• Recommend ways to improve TOP team performance and improve overall team effectiveness towards customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that SRFs are clearly defined with the right scope of works requirements / objectives and being channelled correctly into BBSA for Field work or Network Planning.
• Maintain quality of installations by scheduling regular audits and holding records of which teams did each installation and field quality issues between partner and TC-X for TC-X installation activity.
• Assist on partner contractor capability.
• Liaison with customers and partners to accurately document SMR requirements in a timely manner.

• Skilled Integration specialist to successfully integrate solutions into a Customers Network
• Management of field installation, testing and commissioning and acceptance of the DIU /CBS /BSD /MWS /WS /WSIP /RAS /RBS /SSU, including new products that will be produced by the company.
• Represent BBS Access in Field Acceptance to attain Network acceptance certification.
• Establish strong liaison skills and rapport with telecom authorities and other partners and sub-contractors.
• Take ownership of technical problem analysis and resolution including those faults both customer reported and derived from performance monitoring and create preventive measure.
• Pre-empt problem areas and pitfalls by actively promoting network performance and customer fault monitoring and taking part in initial network design activities
• Provide support to regional offices, existing and future projects when required

• University degree (blend of technical & marketing)
• At least 7 years’ of successful track record in sales and marketing management experience in the telecommunications industry in Iran
• Deep industry knowledge of telecommunication industry and their applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Persian and English; well developed presentation skills; excellent customer relations skills; knowledge of target market industries; ability to travel extensively

• Degree in Telecom or Electrical from a reputable university
• At least 1 year of experience in RF boards failure analyzing
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting high volume manufacturing and good knowledge of processes such as Failure Mode & Effect
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• In-charge of the factory support team stationed at Shiraz, involving manufacturing technology transfer, quality assurance, product repair and spare pool logistics.
• Liaise with BBSA headquarter and customers to resolve problems (including technical, managerial and administrative matters).
• Assist in doing first hand circuit boards/products failure analysis at factory site so as to supply valuable clue to headquarter on likely causes of problem and solution to resolve them.
• Compile and analyze technical data, such as failure rate, spread, repair information, and feedback to headquarter in a timely manner.

• A good Bachelor degree in electrical/electronics engineering from reputable university.
• At least 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing environment with hands-on experience in quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience in electronics products design and development is a strong advantage. Candidate with few years experience in this area will be considered even if there is no prior experience in quality assurance.
• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas is added advantage: a) Wireless communication products/systems; c) RF circuit design; d) Software skill; e) Manufacturing processes, f) Operation management.

• Training of Engineer and Field Quality Supervisor staff as well as third party installation and commissioning personnel.
• Develop training slides, training manuals & conduct training for company's partners/clients & internal staff whenever required.
• Preparation & Arrangement of training & training material (Presentations, Handouts, Equipments, Rooms, Projectors, Certificates) for all Telecom Operations trainings
• Identify any discrepancies in terms of quality of works on installation and product performance during Field Inspection. To suggest, propose, develop & provide appropriate training to fix these quality issues.
• Generate reports based on the findings gathered during field inspection and disseminate to concern departments. To follow up as needed to confirm corrective and preventive action.
• Submit suggestion for change based on the observed scenerio in the field to improve Installation process and updates material requirements necessary for proper Installation and Commissioning.
• Provide technical (mainly related to Training, FQA and New Product Initiation) support to company's overseas partners/customers.
• Support and develop sales team technical skills and knowledge for New Products as well as Third party products.
